Chief Roofing Service Areas

I had seen recommendations for Chief Roofing on Angie’s List and Nextdoor so had them out to assess potential hail damage on the roof and advise. They were very upfront and straightforward throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the steps that would follow once it was determined that there was sufficient roof damage to call my insurance. The same guys came back to meet with the assessor and discuss the various options available for the replacement job.

We had some weather delays scheduling the work but the office staff were very helpful/flexible and worked with me to find a time that best fit around my family and the crew that did the work were very courteous, respectful, (tolerant of my two little kids constantly gawking, waving and yelling at them) and did a great job! One thing that always stands out for me in these sorts of dealings is when I feel like I’m getting an honest answer and not just the sales pitch. I’m always happier to hear “I don’t know the answer to that, I’ll check and get back to you” over making something up to make the sale. Happy to recommend Chief Roofing and would use them again.

I spoke to Shelly with Chief Roofing about installing a roof on my 4100 sf house in Bahama. She quickly responded and sent out the co-owner Melvin to evaluate my needs and provide an estimate. After about 30 mins he had a rough number prepared and had Janet prepare and email a quote which I received the next day. The quote reflected that which Melvin quoted and I contracted Chief Roofing for the job.

Melvin sent Elio and his crew out and they were efficient, clean and knowledgeable. After 3 days they completed the job minus one small setback that that required another order of material. The delay was brief and by Monday the following week they were back out and wrapped up the job. The roof has been installed for several months and I’ve had zero issues. I am satisfied with the price provided by Melvin, the customer service provided by Shelly and Janet, and the workmanship and products installed by Elio and crew.
