Trust Your Roof Inspection Experts

At Chief Roofing, Inc., we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, honest roof inspections. As a homeowner, you can only tell so much about the condition of your roof from the ground, so it's always a good idea to get a roofing service out to your house occasionally to inspect for damage that you may not be able to see.

Whether you need your roof restored due to storm damage, are in the market to buy a house, or even if you're just unable to get onto your roof, our roofing experts complete full-service inspections. You don't want to wait until your roof has sprung a leak or received damage and are forced to get it replaced. We work with all the major insurance companies and can advise you on whether a legitimate insurance claim is warranted or not.

While inspecting your roof, we strive to provide quality information to help you decide on your next step to take. We will help you determine what type of residential or commercial roofing system you have, the roof's age and how it's performing. We will also determine what we can do to prolong the life of your roof or if it's time for a replacement because of storm damage.

Three Types of Roof Inspections

Chief Roofing has specialists that will help walk you through the process of inspecting a roof. Whether you are buying and or selling a house, we can have one of our team’s roof inspectors meet you on-site to go over all aspects of roof inspections. We offer three different types of inspections for our homeowners and clients:

  • Verbal report
  • Written report
  • Written report with images

First, our verbal inspections are meant for those who just need a quick update on the quality and condition of their roof.

The second is a formal write-up that goes over the same quality and condition as a verbal but is spelled out on a document to transfer that information to any party that desires it.

Our last inspection report can be also presented to our customers with pictures, showcasing any issues on images that could not be seen without being on the roof.

Whichever inspection you desire from Chief Roofing, we make sure that all of our customers leave with new knowledge and experience for the next time they encounter a roof.
